Mit MOVE habe ich eine Ladeinfrastruktur von 20 auf über 6'000 Stationen und 80'000 Nutzer skaliert – gleichzeitig IT-Systeme, Roaming-Netzwerke, Kundenorganisationen und kommerzielle Partnerschaften aufgebaut. Ich denke strategisch, handle operativ und scheue keine unbequemen Entscheidungen. Interdisziplinär auf mehreren Flughöhen – wenn nötig im selben Meeting.
Chez MOVE, j'ai développé une infrastructure de recharge de 20 à plus de 6'000 stations et 80'000 utilisateurs – tout en construisant simultanément des systèmes IT, des réseaux de roaming, des organisations clients et des partenariats commerciaux. Je pense de manière stratégique, j'agis de manière opérationnelle et je n'évite pas les décisions difficiles.
At MOVE, I scaled a charging infrastructure from 20 to over 6,000 stations and 80,000 users — simultaneously building IT systems, roaming networks, customer organisations and commercial partnerships. I think strategically, act operationally, and don't shy away from difficult decisions.
